It depends! If you've already invested in branding and have a solid strategy and brand guidelines in place, send them my way and I'll happily take a look. If your foundations are strong, we can absolutely jump straight into your website.

If not… I'll probably recommend starting with branding first. Here's why: a website is there to express your brand, not create it. A website on top of an unclear brand might look gorgeous, but something will still feel off.

I'll always tell you honestly what I think is the best investment for your business, even if that means recommending a smaller project or telling you to wait.

Enough to make thoughtful decisions, but not so much that it becomes your full-time job.

The deepest work happens at the very beginning, where we'll uncover your strategy through either a detailed questionnaire or a live strategy session (your choice). From there, you'll review concepts, share feedback, and make key decisions while I do the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

The sooner, the better, especially if you're working towards a specific launch. A thoughtful brand isn't something we rush over a long weekend. Strategy takes time, creativity needs breathing room, and I'd rather create something extraordinary than something fast.

If you're planning a launch, a new offer, or a busy season (hello, Black Friday/Holiday season), it's always worth reaching out a few months in advance.
